For breakfast some yoghurt and lunch some corn waffles like you see, with radishes and eggs on liver pate.
Fruit in the afternoon and than a lovely chili with corn, zucchini, ground beef, tomatoes, kidney beans, white beans and couscous. Yummy, yummy! I fell in love with couscous.
I even managed to do sport today for 40 min.. step and boxing again, which makes me very tired. I have more energy than ever. Not to forget my water. I drink, water, water, water.
